I'm Shannon, and I love hair. Mine started going at 23 and didn't stop until I was a Norwood 6, the classic horseshoe. I tried everything: scalp tattoo, medication, fibres, a transplant. None of it gave me what I wanted. Then I fitted my first hair system, and it changed two things at once. It gave me my confidence back, and it told me what I wanted to do with my life.
I've spent the years since in a private studio on the Gold Coast, fitting systems for men who've been where I was. I know the look on a man's face when he sees himself with hair again, and I know what it takes to get that result every time, whatever his age or how far his loss has gone.
